Every machine will have specific preferences for how the file needs to be prepared, but the core logic of how to use vector design software is the same for a wide variety of the tools we offer access to in the FabLab. Learning to use software like Adobe Illustrator, Solidworks, or Fusion 360 will take some time, but is a crucially empowering step towards putting your imagination into the real world.
