Q. What clothing design tools are available in the library?
Everything for clothing/textiles can be found on the Textiles informational page, it is required you come with your own designs either on paper or a digital interface and if creating a piece of clothing, patrons are asked to bring their own fabrics (thread is provided). The only software required would be if you are using The Brother Multi-needle Embroidery Machines accepts .SVG files from Adobe Illustrator.
Costs are calculated either by material used or by the hour depending on the machine (refer to the Textiles link above)
In order to get set up at any specific machine or get help on operating it, you will need to speak to a staff member during your visit
