Computer use is on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you go to the Computer Availability Service (CAS) page at http://cas.uta.edu/CAS/ you can see the location and number of computers available for use.

The “Total” column lists the total number of public access computers in the specified location.

The “Free” column lists the number of public access computers which are not currently logged on and in use, i.e. the number of available computers.

We have public PCs on the first through fifth floors of the Library. Please keep in mind that it is your right to ask someone to leave if they appear to be engaged in nonacademic activities on a computer. If you are not comfortable doing that, you can ask a staff member at the service desk to do it for you.
