Macs have built in webcams on 2nd floor of the Central Library and all computers in the library have a lockdown browser. You find the lockdown browser on the desktop or on start for PC and search for lockdown. Keep in mind that these are public PCs so there will be noise around you.
The Library also has webcams that you can checkout and connect to your own PC or laptop. They have a 4-hour checkout period and can be taken out of the Library.
